About
I've been drawn to cameras my whole life, a natural fascination, a curiosity, and an eye for a shot. Though I'll be honest, I've always felt like an imposter. No formal training, no technical grounding. Just an instinct. My brain seems to think in frames before my hands even reach for the camera.
But my eye doesn't always go to the obvious. When I walk into a scene that's beautiful in its own right, I find myself drawn to the smaller things sitting inside it. The detail that adds to the character of a place that might go completely unnoticed by someone walking past. A little piece of a bigger picture that I can't help but stop for.
I shoot on both digital and film, and I love both for different reasons. Film has its own pull though. It's finite and unforgiving, so you slow down, look harder, and make it count. But whatever camera I'm holding, what I'm always after is the same thing: the small, but charming, easy-to-miss moments that make the bigger picture.
These prints are those moments. I hope you find something worth stopping for too.
